Why isn't my listing going live yet?
Your founder profile must be complete before your listing can launch or be scheduled.

Setting up your founder profile
Before any listing hits BizHub Launch, you need to finish your founder profile at /account/founder. We ask for:
- A photo and a one-line caption for it
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A bio of at least 80 characters
- At least one personal link—this can be your own website or a personal social profile (we're not looking for company pages here)
You can also add your city if you'd like, and a link to your founder story, but those are optional.
What happens when your profile isn't ready
You can draft, submit and pay for a listing without a complete profile. But it won't release to the community until your profile is finished. The good news? There's no admin queue—the moment you fill in those missing pieces, your listing goes live automatically.
If you've already paid for a specific week and you complete your profile in time, that week is still yours. Missed the window? Your listing launches this week at no extra cost if it's a paid slot, or it joins the free queue for the next available week. We'll let you know what happened.
Adding co-founders
Want to bring your co-founders into the picture? Head to the Team section in /account/founder and invite them. They'll show up on your product listing once they've completed their own profiles.
Questions people ask
- My listing is submitted and paid for—why can't people see it?
- Your founder profile needs to be complete first. Fill in the missing details at /account/founder and it'll go live straight away.
- What counts as a personal link?
- Your own website or personal social profile. Company pages don't count here—we want to see you, not just your company.
- Do my co-founders need their own profiles too?
- Yes. You can invite them from the Team section at /account/founder, but they'll only appear on the listing once they've finished setting up their own profiles.
