How do I claim my company's listing and get verified?

Claim your listing
When you're ready to take ownership, head to your listing and hit "Claim", or go straight to /claim/<listing>. We'll ask you to prove you control the company's domain – pick whichever method suits you best.
Choose your verification method
You can verify in one of four ways:
- Receive an email at your company domain with a secret link inside
- Add a DNS TXT record to your root domain
- Drop a meta tag on your homepage
- Upload a small verification file to your website
Just one method does the job. If your verification code expires after 14 days, simply start the process again.
What the Verified badge means
Once verified, you become the listing owner and can edit it whenever you need. You'll get the Verified badge, which shows the community that you actually control the company's domain. The badge itself is never sold – it stays separate from any votes or paid placements you might explore later.
Owning a claimed listing means it's yours to shape: keep your milestones fresh, share updates, and help followers stay in the loop about what you're building.
