How do reviews, follows and influence work here?

Writing and replying to reviews

When you're signed in with a confirmed email and have your own live listing, you can share a review of someone else's product. Each product gets one review per person, and your review needs at least 80 characters. Hit publish and it's live straight away.

If you own a listing or manage it as a team member, you get one public reply under each review you receive. You can edit or delete your reply at any time, and the reviewer gets told when you post it.

Product reviews from the hub

BizHub Launch collects its Product reviews at /reviews ("Hub reviews" in the footer when the first is live). Only reviews a maker commissioned appear, each labelled and not editable by the maker. Reviews from members are not on that page: open a launch to read them. There is no overall rating.

Joining the conversation

You don't need your own listing to comment on a launch or answer what others have said—just sign in with a confirmed email address. Anyone can report a comment, review, reply or listing using the Report link if something breaks the rules. When 3 different people report the same comment or review, it gets hidden while our team takes a look. Reported listings are checked by us; they don't hide automatically.

Following founders and staying in the loop

Use the Follow button on a company, product or founder and you'll get news in your notices. Head to /account/notifications to choose how and how often you hear from them. Every launch has a share page with ready-to-paste text for X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Threads, WhatsApp and email, plus a copy-link button.

Building your influence

Active members earn influence by writing reviews and comments, getting votes on your own launch, and signing in regularly. Influence is earned only—you can't buy it. Your current level is at /account/influence, and a higher level can give your vote more weight.
