How do I follow a founder or listing?

Follow any listing or founder to get their milestones, updates and launches by email and in your account; unfollow anytime with the same button.

Updated

Start following in one click

Every listing page and founder profile has a Follow button. Press it and you're in—updates from that listing or founder come straight to you. You only need a free account to follow; if you're not signed in, the button takes you to sign up or log in, then back to confirm.

What you'll hear about

When you follow a listing, you get news about:

  • New milestones and updates from the company
  • New products they launch
  • Changes in status (acquisition, closure, etc.)
  • Founder stories connected to it
  • Demo video updates
  • New launches on other discovery sites (one notice per day maximum)
  • Launch of the Week wins (#1, #2 or #3)

Follow a founder and you'll hear about their new founder stories. Each update lands in your account and arrives as an email.

Choose how often you hear

By default, updates come as one daily summary email. You control the rhythm at /account/notifications: get them instantly, in a daily summary, weekly, or switch them off entirely. You can also add Telegram or Slack there.

Unfollow anytime

Press the Following button again and you're done—no more updates about that listing or founder. Or keep following but turn emails off at /account/notifications.

A note on votes and vote rankings

Following doesn't affect a listing's community votes or position in vote rankings. The only place follower count matters is the /launches/most-followed list, which shows the most followed launches here.

Questions people ask

Do I need to pay to follow someone?
No, following is completely free. You only need a free account on BizHub Launch.
Will the listing owner know I followed them?
They'll see that someone followed them, but never who. Follower numbers may show on the listing itself.
Can I get updates by Slack or Telegram instead of email?
Yes. Go to /account/notifications to add Slack or Telegram alongside or instead of email updates.
