BizHub Post a launch

What are the locked sections on a free listing?

Free listings show four sections as locked until you upgrade to a paid launch. Here's what they are and how to unlock them.

Updated

When you create a free listing on BizHub Launch, you're building a solid foundation. You get to share your name, tagline, description, features, category, FAQs, social links, logo, homepage screenshot, your own screenshots and comparisons straight away—edit these anytime from /account/listings.

But four sections sit locked on a free listing until you upgrade:

  • Founder story: your background and journey, with its own dedicated page
  • Milestones: the dated steps that shaped your product
  • Demo video: a link to show your product in action
  • Dofollow website link: the link from your listing to your site will be a followed link

Don't worry—anything you enter in a locked section is saved. The moment you unlock it, your work appears.

How to unlock them

Upgrade to a paid launch ($5) and everything opens. Sign in, head to /account/listings, find your listing and select 'Upgrades and extras'. Your sections unlock immediately and your website link becomes dofollow.

Free listings have a nofollow website link; upgrading makes it a followed link. Build your profile at your own pace, then unlock the full picture when you're ready to launch.

Questions people ask

Can I fill in locked sections before I upgrade?
Yes. What you type into locked sections is saved automatically. They'll display as soon as you upgrade to a paid launch.
Which parts of my profile work on a free listing?
Name, tagline, description, features, category, FAQs, social links, logo, homepage screenshot, your own screenshots and comparisons are all available on free listings. Only the four sections above are locked.
What changes when I upgrade to a paid launch?
All four locked sections open, and your website link becomes dofollow. Everything else stays the same, just with more to show.
