When does my launch go live on BizHub?

How launch weeks are organised

We group all launches into weeks, each running Monday through Sunday in UTC. You'll find this week's live launches at /launches, and anything you've booked for later at /launches/upcoming.

What happens when you launch

Your timing depends on how you're launching:

• Paid launch: goes live straight away, or pick any specific week when you pay—up to 12 weeks into the future, with no extra charge.
• Free listing: enters our free queue, typically appearing around 1-2 weeks out. It publishes once we spot our badge on your website. For a free listing the founder profile must be complete too.

Changing your launch date

Booked a week that doesn't suit you anymore? If your launch hasn't gone live yet, head to /account/listings and select 'Move the launch week' beside your listing.

What you can do depends on your launch type:

• Paid launches can shift to any week a buyer could pick, up to 5 times.
• Free listings stay queued but can only move forward, up to 2 times.
• Once live, your launch is locked in place—though you can always relaunch later if you want another spotlight.
• If you had Featured placement, it travels with you, covering the same number of days in your new week.

We'll send you an email each time you move. After launch week ends, your listing stays visible and votes still count toward our all-time leaderboard under Leaderboards.
