How refunds work on BizHub Launch
Once you've paid for something on BizHub Launch, that payment is final. Purchases aren't refundable under our terms. Of course, this doesn't override any statutory rights you have as a buyer.
When we do refund you
There's one clear exception: if our team rejects or takes down a paid listing you've bought, we'll refund the full amount automatically. It goes straight back to your original payment method, and we'll issue a credit note too. If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address so we can process your refund.
If a payment gets disputed
If you raise a chargeback or dispute on a payment, we'll temporarily remove everything that was bought with that order while we sort it out. If we resolve the dispute in our favour, your listing can go back up. If things go the other way, the refund stands and the listing stays down.
If you've got questions about a specific payment or listing, reach out and we'll help you understand where you stand.
Questions people ask
- Can I get my money back after I've paid?
- No, purchases are final once paid. The only exception is if we remove your paid listing ourselves—then you're refunded in full automatically to your original payment method.
- What happens if I paid in cryptocurrency?
- We'll refund crypto payments, but we'll need a payout address from you to make it happen.
- What if I dispute a payment?
- While a dispute is being investigated, anything bought with that payment is taken down. If we win the dispute, it can be restored. If the dispute is resolved in your favour, the refund goes through.
